All products sold by Edshop24 come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law, based on your invoice.
Edman® products and open-box products
The warranty is provided directly by us, Mc Store Solution SRL. The commercial warranty period is:
- Bluetooth headphones, docks, batteries, chargers and other electronic devices: 12 months;
- protective accessories (cases, covers): 3 months;
- watch and fitness tracker straps: 6 months;
- screen protectors and tempered glass are not covered by a commercial warranty.
The commercial warranty does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Products with a manufacturer's warranty certificate
Some products come with a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or distributor, in the box or attached to the packaging. For repairs you can contact the authorised service centre listed on the certificate directly. We are always happy to help if you need us.
How to send a product under warranty
Write to us at contact@edshop24.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (photos help). We will send you shipping instructions; for products found to be defective, we cover the shipping cost.
