1. General information
The website edshop24.com (the “Site”) is operated by Mc Store Solution SRL (“Edshop24” or the “Seller”). By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site when the order is placed.
2. Definitions
- Customer: any natural person aged at least 18 with full legal capacity, or any legal entity, who places an order on the Site, with or without an account.
- Order: the request sent by the Customer through the Site to purchase products.
- Contract: the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
- Account: the section of the Site, accessed with an e-mail address, where the Customer sees order history, invoices and delivery information.
- RRP: the recommended retail price set by the manufacturer or distributor. It is shown for information only; the selling price is set independently by the Seller and is the only price paid.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. In Romania prices are shown in lei (RON), and in the other European Union countries in that country's currency (EUR, PLN, CZK, HUF, DKK or SEK). The delivery cost is shown separately in the cart before payment.
Payment methods:
- Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay), processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.
- Cash on delivery, available for deliveries in Romania only.
5. Invoicing and company purchases
We issue a tax invoice for every order, sent electronically by e-mail and available in your account. If you buy as a company, enter the company name and VAT number in the cart. For companies from other EU member states with a VAT number valid in VIES, the invoice is issued under the reverse-charge mechanism, in accordance with applicable law.
If the invoice is not available within 48 hours of the order being shipped, write to us at contact@edshop24.com.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions, costs and times are described in the Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed over to them.
7. Returns and warranty
The 14-day right of withdrawal and return conditions are described in the Return policy. Product warranty is described on the Product warranty page. Products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 and Directive (EU) 2019/771.
8. Customer account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential. If you suspect unauthorised use, let us know immediately.
9. Copyright
The texts, photos, logos and other materials on the Site belong to the Seller or are used with the rights holders' consent. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without our written consent. Edman® and MOTOR10 are registered trademarks of Mc Store Solution SRL.
10. Liability
The information on the Site is accurate at the date of publication. There may be minor colour differences between photos and products due to screen settings. We are not liable for interruptions of the Site caused by third parties.
11. Personal data
We process your data in accordance with the Privacy policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
12. Applicable law and disputes
The contract is governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also benefit from the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. We try to resolve any complaint amicably at contact@edshop24.com. Consumers in Romania may also contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Disputes not resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts.
