14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU. The period starts on the day you take physical possession of the product or, for orders delivered in several parcels, of the last product.
How to return a product
- Log in to your account, open the order and choose “Request return”, or write to us at contact@edshop24.com with your order number and the products you are returning.
- Pack the product together with its accessories and any gifts you received.
- We confirm your return and send you the shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs
- Romania: shipping for the first return parcel is free, we send the courier.
- Other countries: return shipping is paid by the customer. We can recommend the cheapest option available in your country.
Refunds
We refund the price of the products and the standard initial delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you indicate.
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what was needed to check it (damaged packaging, missing accessories, damaged product), we may withhold an amount proportional to the loss in value.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, sealed products that were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, such as condoms, lubricants and personal care products.
Exchanges
You can return a product and choose another one of the same or higher value, paying the difference.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. For company orders (with a VAT number), returns are accepted only with our agreement.
