Dispatch
All orders ship from our own stock in the EU. Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1 pm CET leave the same day; orders placed after that leave on the next business day.
Delivery options and costs
We deliver through the Packeta network to every EU country, to your address by courier or to a parcel locker / pickup point. The cost is calculated automatically in the cart based on your country and the parcel weight, and is shown in your country's currency. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Prices in the table are in EUR for a small parcel; in the cart you see them converted into your country's currency. Delivery times are estimates counted from dispatch. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) there may be delays of 1-3 days.
Parcel tracking
Once your order ships, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number, the courier's name and the tracking link. You can also find them on the order page and in your customer account, together with your invoice.
Availability
All products are physically in our EU warehouse. If a product becomes temporarily unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you can choose between the new delivery date and cancelling that product with a full refund.
