The Edman digital probe food thermometer can be used to measure food temperature both in your home kitchen and in commercial settings. The large digital LCD display is easy to read, highly stable and offers a wide measuring range from -50°C to 300°C. It is easy to use, with simple, comfortable buttons. Operation could not be simpler: just insert the probe into the food or container and press a button.

The thermometer has a fast response time, measuring the food's temperature practically in real time. The reading can be held after measurement so it does not change when the probe is removed. It is a practical product and very easy to clean after use.

Temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, with an accuracy of up to 1°C. It is made in compliance with EU regulations from high-quality materials: stainless steel and plastic.

The three buttons are for switching the device on/off, selecting °C/°F and the Hold function, which keeps the temperature displayed even after the probe is removed. It runs on an LR44/AG13 1.5V battery. It is a small product that will easily find its place in your kitchen: 20cm x 35cm and it weighs 20g. If the user does not switch it off after use, the thermometer turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
